            Founded in 1994 by Pamela Sargent-Peck, the current president, CENTURY 21 Mid-State Realty L.L.C. has maintained a superior professional place in the Franklin County real estate market. The company offers a wide range of services to its clients, including the resources of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, as well as the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and surrounding Chambers of Commerce.
 
            Initially, located at 400 Main Street, Decherd, Tennessee, the company opened with 2 employees in a 2 room office. The main office is now located at 1810 Sharp Springs Road, Winchester, Tennessee with more than 5000 square feet of floor space which includes sales offices and private conference and agent training rooms. There is a large parking area for your convenience. In May, 1997, Pam expanded into Coffee County with an additional office in Manchester, TN.  Pam expanded once more in May, 2005 with the third office currently  located at 50 West College Street, Monteagle, Tennessee. On October 31, 2006, Pam opened the companies fourth office which is now located at 101 West Lincoln St, Suite 100, Tullahoma, Tennessee. The Manchester and Tullahoma Offices have merged to provide the best quality service for the Coffee County area.
 
            With three strategically located offices and more than 40 sales Professionals to work for you, Pam is striving to provide the utmost in quality service to all of the company's valued clients and customers.
 
            Initially specializing in residential real estate and family relocation exclusively, CENTURY 21 Mid-State Realty L.L.C., now offers commercial and investment real estate as well as auctions. Our sales Professionals are trained in market conditions and financing, and are dedicated to finding the right home or business for you, whether you wish to locate in Franklin County, Coffee County, the surrounding counties, or anywhere in the State of Tennessee, the United States or 40 other countries we have the resources to help.
 
            Prior to founding her company, Pam Peck was among the top leaders in real estate sales and management in Cabarrus County, North Carolina for eleven years. Having earned a degree in Business Administration and Interior Design, her skills, expertise, tenacity, artistry, and the ease with which she handled public relations were recognized statewide. She became the Marketing Director for a well-known multi-million-dollar development company, during which time she coordinated the development of 102 condominium units in the most prestigious condominium parks in that area of North Carolina. She served as State Treasurer for the North Carolina Home Builders Association Womens's Council in 1988-89.
